Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the ocean! Without being too secluded, its a quiet place in a natural ocean setting, surrounded by greenery, with great views of Talicud Island and the Davao area mountain silhouettes including Mount Apo, the tallest peak in the Philippines.

The villa is divided between 2 levels:

At street level is the main house with a big loft-style living space with mezzanine and a kitchen opening up on a large lounge and overlooking deck. This level of the house has 1 large bedroom, 2 bathrooms and the service area including a “dirty Kitchen” and grilling area.   This level of the house is entirely PWD accessible.

At the lower level, accessed by an exterior stairway, are 2 additional closed bedrooms with AC, a bathroom and a large veranda with a jacuzzi.

Amenities:

In Room amenities: Beddings/pillows for the amount of guests registered; towels; toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Some floor mattresses with beddings are available for flexibility in distribution of people in the various rooms.

Common area amenities: Cable TV; Wi-Fi; small Bluetooth sound system; electric fans; karaoke machine may be rented upon request.

Cooking & Kitchen needs: Villa kitchen, “Dirty kitchen” and grilling area. Gaz and electrical range with oven; refrigerator; pots and pans; cooking utensils/knives; kitchenware (plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, kitchen utensils, water jugs, etc.), service plates; rice cookers; microwave oven; coffee maker and coffee grinder (for brewed coffee -bring your coffee!); toaster; kettle;. An additional 2 burner gaz stove in dirty kitchen.; water dispensers (mineral water provided); charcoal BBQ grill (charcoal provided). Sugar, salt and pepper and a small selection of basic kitchen spices available for your convenience.

Games: a ping pong table in a roofed exterior playing area, a volley ball (for beach volley ball); badminton rackets

Jacuzzi on the lower veranda (two fills per 24 hours).

Emergency generator in case of power failures (for emergency lights, fans, refrigerator, TV, internet, water pumps)

Care taker Assistance: Our caretaker will welcome guests and help them settle in and is on site 24 hours (stays overnight at the staff room in the dirty kitchen area) to assist guests with the house’s amenities and ensure a smooth stay at Kembali Vista Villa.
