The villa itself does not have a pool but guests at Kembali Vista Villa can access the Kembali Coast Residential Resort pool at the beach area.   Use of the pool by guests is in accordance with the Kembali Coast rules and regulations for residents:  6 persons free, additional persons: p800/adult, p400/children per 24 hour stay.

And you may cool off during the day or warm up during evenings in the exterior jacuzzi on the lower veranda at the villa, overlooking the ocean!

Kembali Vista Villa is in Kembali Coast Residential Resort, near Poblacion Kaputian, in the Island Garden City of Samal.  Most guests reach us by vehicle from Davao City. No, the villa is a little higher up on a hillside overlooking the ocean and Talicud Island. It’s a 2-minute drive or a 12 to 15-minute walk from the villa to the beach area.  It is just far enough to be a little secluded and more quiet, and to have a great overlooking view!

Yes. Well-trained pets are allowed at the villa. No puppies please! We ask that they stay off sofas and beds and that you clean after them. The villa is well gated (including for small dogs) and dogs may roam freely inside the villa’s yard. Dogs should be kept on their leash in the rest of the residential resort and at the beach area.

The villa does not serve food but has a fully equipped Kitchen and grilling area for guests to prepare their own gourmet meals!  No corkage.  Restaurant options in nearby población Kaputian are limited. There are a few Karenderia usually open till lunch time, and a few lechon manok and BBQ stands in the evenings.  We can recommend some local caterers who can prepare meals for groups and deliver them at the villa.    Within a 20-30 minute drive from the from, there are some respectable restaurant options (in the Peña Plata, Babak and Pangubatan areas).  Please just ask us for recommendations.

Kaputian does not have any supermarket.    It has a small wet market where you can get fresh fish, some meat and vegetables. It also has a few fruit stands, miscellaneous stores and two 24 convenience stores (7/11 and Central Convenience).  

There are some bigger stores in Babak and Peña Plata on the way to the villa.  For somewhat specialized items, consider sourcing them in Davao before crossing to the island.

No. Kembali Vista Villa is a house for rent suitable for up to 15 pax and doesn’t have individual rooms for rent for 2 or 4 like in a hotel. However, groups of 2, 4 and up to 8 pax may avail of the “Loft Villa” package which makes the upper part of the villa (only) available for smaller groups at a lower rate. Please contact us to ask about availability and rates. This option may not be available during peak season and holidays.

The villa is comfortably suitable and equipped for 15 pax.  Kembali Vista Villa can accept up to a maximum of 20 pax, including small children, drivers, helpers, etc.   

For additional pax above 15, there is a fee equivalent to p700/head, up to a maximum of 20 (subject to adjustments).    Children 7 years old and younger are not charged the extra fee but are included in the 20 pax maximum head count.  

Floor mattresses with beddings can be made available and distributed in various rooms at your group's convenience.
